Imperial Buda — Castle Hill & Fisherman's Bastion

Castle views without the history lecture. We wander past Matthias Church, peek through the Fisherman’s Bastion arches and find the quieter lanes of Buda. Three hours gets you the big views; six adds the palace quarter and a proper coffee break. Bike routes use the lower riverside, with the hilltop explored on foot. At night, the terraces do the showing off.
